As above, you need to let us know when setting up the policy that you have purchased it through the cycle to work scheme.
If you need to make a claim, will need to send us the original sales purchase or till receipt as proof of purchase and a copy of the hire agreement. Even if the claim is made during the initial 12 month “hire period”, the claim will be settled directly with you, the policyholder.
